Dear Friend and Fellow Homeowner,

My name is Keith Horowitz, the president of Alarm2000, and I’d like to congratulate you on considering to make this very important investment towards securing the peace of mind that comes with the protection of the most technologically-advanced, state-of-the-art security systems available today.

In this brief letter I’d like to address the four strongly-held core beliefs which separate Alarm2000, which makes us to be what I believe the best possible provider for your alarm or security system (and I hope you’ll agree):

First, we believe that since we’re a local company, we can provide you with faster, and more personal service. Most security companies are not local to San Diego, and the client suffers significantly because these companies find it difficult to get service technicians to service client areas that are not local to them.

At Alarm2000, we employ full-time technicians who each have at least 15 years of experience as alarm system installers, and we’re one of only two Installation Quality (IQ) Certified companies in San Diego.

Our technicians receive extensive training in crime statistics, so they know how homes and businesses are broken into. They can tell you when they are broken into, where the burglar will go and what he’s after, and – most importantly – how to install your security system to avoid false alarms.

Second, we believe in servicing our customers with integrity. We will never shortchange our customers or do anything to sully our good name. Our clients certainly agree — we’ve been ranked as the #1 rated San Diego alarm system company on Angie’s List, Buyer Zone, and Service Magic.

Third, we don’t believe in holding our customers hostage the way national security companies do. We allow you to own all of the equipment we install for you, which gives you all of the power and freedom to determine your best options.

Meanwhile, national companies install a proprietary system, which means you’re locked into an exclusive long-term arrangement with them. As a result – the quality of your service suffers significantly.

Shouldn’t you be able to determine what’s best for you and your family? Absolutely!

Fourth, we strongly believe in providing you the fastest response time in the event of an emergency. Just a few seconds can mean a lifetime, and we understand this better than anyone. Statistics report that the average calling hold time for overburdened 911 is excess of six minutes!
